Devoted Birth has recently expanded package options! As my birth experience grew, I recognized that every family and birth have different needs. I want to offer appropriate support for all the different women I serve. However, regardless of the package or season you are in, everyone will experience a similar Devoted Birth process. First, I will meet with you and your partner at least once before labor to get to know you, explore and discuss your priorities and any concerns. We will create a plan that will help you experience a positive birth. I also want to know your own ways of coping with pain and how you and your partner foresee working together. After your prenatals are completed, next will be labor and delivery. I will accompany you in your birth space from active labor through 2 hours postpartum. I will help you with initiating breastfeeding and get you settled in for those glorious golden hours. To finish the Devoted Birth experience, you will receive the postpartum care appropriate to your package selection. You will be set up for a positive recovery before you even deliver with the education and tools Devoted Birth provides.
